The Shield AMS is a battle-ready, fully enclosed optic for your full-size frame pistol. 

Combining cutting-edge design with unparalleled functionality, the AMS features a patented mechanism that allows for seamless co-witnessing with standard iron sights. 

Brightness can be manually adjusted with 12 settings, 3 NVG levels, or 3 automatic. You can switch the LED on/off and side access battery compartment for easy in-field exchanges.

The Shield AMS is a modern blend of two of our legacy battle proven sights (SIS and RMSw) used extensively in NATO militaries. Its crystal-clear, nitrogen filled filter-free lens offers an unobstructed view of the world, while the lightweight, aerospace-grade aluminum construction and build spec complies to DEFSTAN build standards ensuring both durability and precision. Weighing just 35.9g, it’s the smallest and lightest sight in its class.

6-1 Switchable Reticle Interface 

The Shield AMS is available in 3 versions; A multi-recticle (MR) providing user choice of 6-in-1 (8MOA, 8MOA & 65MOA Ring, 8MOA Horseshoe, 8MOA Horseshoe and 65MOA Ring, 2MOA, 2MOA and 65MOA Ring), or a single 4 or 8MOA dot. Each offering a 12-stage manual brightness adjustment, and 4 stage auto-brightness adjustment with intelligent on/off functionality, the AMS is designed for both versatility and ease of use in any operational environment. 

Built for long duty cycles, this sight also boasts exceptional battery life and the battery can be changed without removing the optic, without tools.
